We know what the change is from one level to the next with no staff. We also know (via scouting - how much efficiency adds to overall scouting in comparison to upping a level) roughly what impact staff have. Didn't you read the article I wrote awhile ago?
No, I didn't read it. What efficiency % is equal to raising a level of a facility?
Or does it depend on the facility level?
Or does it depend on the facility level?
Depends on the level. Here is the article written by someone else talking about all this good stuff.

Why is it that if you want to set a specific deadline for a player in the market, it is 3 days later rather than the minimum 2?
For example:
I want to have a player end at a specific time on Wednesday. Today is Monday @ 2 am. Therefore I should be able to have the sale end anytime after 2 am on Wednesday. When I go without a specific deadline, it will end at 2 am on Wednesday.
When I go to a specific deadline, the earliest it can end is 2 am on Thursday, and I can't select anytime for it to end on Wednesday.
This makes no sense, as the minimum time a player can be on the market is 2 days.
Why is this?

because if there was an option to set a Wednesday deadline, you could potentially put him on the market for 24 hours and 1 second.
I was trying to open a discussion on whether anyone cares about age and quality in their staff, not to market any staff specifically.
i don't care about quality, but i do care about attributes and age
Why do you care about age if quality doesn't matter?
I love guys who are going to retire - you can train them without any worry about their next contract.
I have stopped training most of my staff - keeps their salaries down. Due to this I can buy staff with bad Qs cheap in the ball-park of what I need and was able to sell my staff (good Qs) for a tad profit.
