What's the difference between playoff and placement playoff?
Playoffs = quarter final games + semifinal games + final
Everything else is just playoff placement

Hahaha I debated doing that. Was going to at least change it to what it became. But even if I won I would let 2nd take the credits. I figure this way if I do win, I'll at least have won fairly. Mind you, I'm not off to a good start (Damn PHX vs. NSH...)
Just wondering about automatic practices - Do we set the values to what the goal value is or do we set the value to the amount of points we would like to add. For example, a players defense is 76 and I would like it to be 80. Do I punch in 80, or 4?

It's done on a ratio type system.
So for example if you want a your passing to be half your offense, you'd use a ratio layout.
ie:
Offense 2 Pass 1
Offense 100 pass 50
or similar
Personally i use percentages, so my primary is always 100 and my secondaries are the % of that i require.
ie.
A winger for me would be 100-50-50 (off-tec-agg)

Sorry, you're right. It's ratios but you can set a maximum which is what I thought the original question was.
That's only for Staff. I don't think you can set a max for players (at least not yet)
