Usually I have tactics when I am losing/winning i change the energy next half. I think most of the manegers do something like that. If this teams that soderb is talking about don't have anything like that (they have DON'T CHANGE) it should be an indicator for premade matches.
Soderb have personal interest why he start this topic - so he lost the point from the start of the discussion 
Problem is in system - so if something is wrong - there shall be system adjustments.

10 managers from same league live in same building - real life. Play real life futsal every day, after that - drink beer and smoke cigars and just maybe talk about PPM

I think everyone has a personal interest in stopping suspicious behaviour? Do you honestly consider 92% on very low to be a normal thing in matches between the top5?
And to be clear, there is no problem in the system since the rules says it not okey to do any agreements.
Who do you think has the greatest interest to save energy ???

It's absolutely against spirit of the real football - but in PPM system it's so logical.
I think it's something that take charm from game - and thats way match importance and energy system should be changed.
