Apparently its possible to buy players from another team. How do you do this?
Go to the "market" by clicking on the 4th item of your left menu.
i know you can purchase players from the market, but can you somehow offer players in a team directly?
No, you can not. It would be too easy to cheat. The PPM team would have to monitor every trade. It's entirely too much work.
What could indeed be done is to allow a direct offer and then the player goes to the market for 48h with that offer.
Yes the team on the toplist for teamrating would get spammed with offers :p
That is what happens already. And i think its ok. To scout a player and sends the manager a mail with the price you are willing to pay. Then he can decide if he offers him on the market for this price.
But i think you mean a special button for it where you just need to confirm oder deny it to send the player on the market. Would be a nice feature.

It is forbidden:
to post spam on mail - by sending unrequested mails (such as advertising)

"unrequested mails" is very unspecific. how often do you actually get mails you requested....
I think there is a big defference in "plz buy my player, on the market now!!!!111!1!" and "will you sell your player for 70M?"

My players are all much better and I played in high while he played on very low but I only got 63% possession and only won 2-0. This has been happening frequently in league games. Is it because I'm winning the league that the engine is trying to make me lose?

When someone offers me money cause he finds my player good i see no spam in it. This is an offer and no advertising
