Maybe thats because you were talking to him, not writing non convincing logics.

proably. I still have some problems with the swiss keyboard. Its special, not european, not american.
If my logics doesnt satisfy you...now, I think,we got different opinions. At me,they are very persuative.
( and opinions are like xxxxxxxx, everybody has one... (everybody with an xxx))

Maybe we should have those conversations there, since we both may be getting too personal on our very interesting debate. What do you say?
There's no bad luck in PPM. It's just a game based on mathematical formulas, aka "probabilities"...
In this case,it seems,I am quite good as a manager...
(but,there is a coincidence generator,there must be one... )

Question; Is it O.K to agree on playing very low in a league? I know it against the rules to do this with another manager, but what about if the whole league does it? So many countries doing this so I must ask, should not be allowed imo
i dont see a problem with telling someone you are going to play on Vlow and then they have their own decision to make about what they do...
Should be not allowed IMO. We had this debate on the Brazilian community, question the admins and they said that was not allowed. I personally believe any kind of communication regarding match importance, formation or anything else about two teams regardin an upcoming match between them should be considered illegal. However, you see nothing like that in the rules. Hence, we (we the community or the admins) should work on a text that would translate this concept into a game rule.
I think it´s a minor kind of cheating, but it´s a cheating (IMO). Since I´m a very popular user in my home country, I would gather high benefits from this practice. On the other hand, a user with less social activities would be in disadvantage. And PPM is not about being popular, it´s about being a good manager. But see, this is my opinion, my point of view. I also believe that, since there is nothing that explicit in the rules, someone may benefit from this breach and proceed the way you said.
Yes I totally agree it should not be allowed and I would like vlady or someone else of the admins commenting this.
Teams that dont play CL/CWC really has no reason to play very low in the league right? So why do they do that? Becuse the popular managers with good teams tell them you have no chance of winning you can as well play v low then, the thing is if they play normal against very low they will start to win. For me competing in the CL I have a bug disadvantage becuse in sweden normal is pretty much standard in any leaguegame but my CL opponents playing in league where there has been an agreement long ago to just play very low every game. Just BS imo.

Depends on where you draw the line but I guess you have some sort of database for stats and such, so just look in the 1.1 leagues and see how high the low/verylow frequensy is in some leagues.
That's not a tell-tale sign. There are many teams that play low often as a means of saving energy. I have played VL against teams that played Low/Normal because I figured my odds of winning were not all that great and suspected energy was best saved for other games. I agree that these kind of importance "deals" need to be eradicated. In Canada's soccer I.1 it's been pretty good I must say. Teams are rolling two lineups and rotating players to stay at a competitive level of energy.
Does the percentage of balls in the attacking zone affects on shots and goals?
Because... I do not see a clear correlation between these two things.

Of course it is. Leagues playing lots of games of low/verylow is definatly the leagues where this cheat is used most. Teams that dont play in cups have absolutely no reason to save energy so its so easy to spot this
