I figured it out one player played less games so he had a higher goals per game so I will give it to him.

The national team managers could probably manage by making excel spreadsheets. It might be easier for the senior team and u20 team since they can mostly just communicate with the prior managers of the national team junior to their teams regarding the best graduating players.

I have all of the relevant 17 year olds scouted and have all of the 16 year olds scouted or queued to be scouted in I.1 through the Boilermakers (the players from the High Hitterz are at the top of my queue). I have 14 players left and make 134% progress per day. You had the remainder of the 16 year olds in I.1 scouted. Do you have players queued beyond the STL Saints? How many players do you have queued? If you have less than 11 days worth of scouting queued, then you might take over scouting a few players from my list (if you can spare the queue space).

If you assign a player to the national team, then you can see the players statistics (and possibly that player's estimated qualities) on the roster page.

You could just send the important information for players worth considering by message, when the time comes. I should have quite a few additional players in my scouting history to bring to the attention of the U20 and senior manager as well. Any manager with a player that satisfies strict guidelines could just send the information to the appropriate national team manager.

That sounds like a reasonable resolution.

You can still upload players, but you can't access the information after you sign in. There are also a lot of popups.
