"Decrease of fluctuation of team strength within the game" was mentioned as one new features for season 7. Could someone explain what this actually means? Does it mean that if "the team form" is set as low in the beginning of the match it won't change anymore during the game?
the team strength fluctuates between periods even if you play with the same importance. It is something that you cannot influence and basically represents the luck and human factor. After all, just because you play with the same intensity, does not mean you will play equally good all the time. this fluctuation has been decreased before this season to reduce the possibility of "unwanted" results.
So each team has a team strength value which can still fluctuate between periods. Does that strength start always from neutral, i.e. if a team has low form/strength does it carry to the next match?
every period is independent in this. nothing carries over and first period is not neutral either.
This is my best result of great power play setup:

I wish it can happen again in more important league game

Yes, it was perfect.
The only time that we didn't score on PP advantage was 5 on 3 players.

It's not relevant the number of PP goals scored in a game but the number of PP shots.
In official stats have always been percenage of how many GOALS is scored in PP situations and NOT shots on goal during PP advantage, IMHO
I think we speak about different things.
We were talking about PP/PK counter tactics.
