It's 5% less per league level. And it's starting with 5% less for 1st league in countries with only 3 league levels and 10% less for 1st league in countries with only 2 league levels.
And the actual formula for 1st leagues staff salary for countries with 4 or more leagues is (a^3 + b^3)/10 rounded, which gives 200 000 for 100-100 staff.

it was 17 players even in beta version, nothing changed from then
until last season you could set a line-up with 17players. and if you started a training camp and left 16 players, the system automatically just set up 1 goalie. but now, I also have 16 players left, but it shows me a random line-up
mmm... anyone can see my last 2 match (on 04-03 and 05-03) both the match are no good... is it normal? the weak team wins in both the match.
You can consider both to be the result of strong goaltending performances spurred on by increasing confidence during the game
so... you're saying that a goaly weak can become a wonderman. we cant pull in goal? ^^
