Well hairdresser said that he'll concentrate on hair protection and conditioning in season 8. I hope there will be some nice results
Read guid and train your players acording to guide, or just define players to surtein position and trein their skills. Maybe you can try and change your players positions on the field to get your optimum position.

Has someone an idea how big salary would your member of staff have if he was 100-100 ?
I think about 125k per day. There's an OR 194 staff member in market and he's got 121k per day and 62 days left in his contract..
It has to be more because 50 days passed and he is better than he was before. Maybe around 150.000?

I don't think it's around 150k. I believe he already had one skill at 100 when he made his contract and at time his second skill was probably something around 80. I have a staff member who just made a contract of 107k with 100-45 skills. If 100-45 is getting 107k and 100-80 121k, I don't think 100-100 would get much more than 125k. It's the highest skill which makes the wage high, the second skill has not that much of an influence.

so... i want to know HOW I'LL WIN with this team...

Ok, ok, so you know what I was referring to - why would anybody give 20 millions on staff who has 70-70 ?
183k it says here too but the estimate is with the current attributes. The real wage will be higher cuz he'll max both of his skills until the current contract expires.
