Hmm one of my goalies has got chemistry at 1% although he has never played a game.

Have you noticed that shooting percentages (of teams) have dropped significantly from last season? IMO goalies got already last season too good comparing to forwards, simply because goalies have less attributes to be trained. That has gone from bad to worse this season. I recall vlady mentioning some time ago that shooting percentage should go up, not down.
I think Vlady said shooting importance will be higher, not percentage.

Still IMO something should be changed. I think we're 2-3 seasons away from the situation that scoring is next to impossible. Assuming that shooting vs. goaltending ratio is not changed.

First of all, people will train shooting more, therefore players will be able to score more. Second, it's questionable does shooting-goaltending ratio exists at all, or someone's supremacy is calculated by other things, like attack rating, defense rating, goalkeeper rating and shooting rating all blended together.

I agree that shooting-gt ratio is highly questionable, and maybe I'm wrong with my assumptions. But this season shooting percentage has come down. E.g. in Finnish I.1 last season only one team had shooting less than 9% (s4 1 team, s5 2 teams). This season 14 teams have shooting percentage lower than 9 . I assume that goalie confidence changes have a lot to do with these facts.

Well, put it this way - if you got pretty good percentage with hitting on chicks before a bad hairdresser screwed your head, you will have lousy score with bad hair, and as the time goes by - you would grow your hair back (train shooting) to the point where you should get same old good percentage with babes.
As for the team name, by all means don't you dare change that name !!! You've became some sort of mascot with us, even players get nicknames due to your influence Topi Hara Leave it that way, you are not hurting anybody.
