The way it works is absurd! You should be able getting supportes this week for being abto to candidate. Then the top supported should be the candidates for election.

you had whole season to get supporters. if you think about it only when you see election page at team news theny you propably arent best choice for leading nt team

you don't have whole season, you don't have any time at all, 'cause it's forbidden to actively find supporters...

hmm why you cant put your wilingnes in national team forum taht you are ready to step forward and bring your nt glory? if there would be users who think - "yes, you are the right guy for it" you will get supporters. it is forbiden to spam and ask vote by personal messages

how we would know which tactics is more preferable to our team? like, if we could notice some differences in stats after each game it would give as a clue, but now - if we'll use different tactics, but still there would be no noticeable changes, it's just useless to say in guide that one or other tactic is more preferable for your team. so i think we need some "tactics performance measurement" purely to our team not opponents. will we have it? (and according to this we could be sure, for example, do we need to train defense for wingers or not - does such a training suit one tactic or not.)

I am wondering can high secondary skills lower the performance of a player?
I have 2 similar goalies
1st. g=145 p=76 t=75 che=0 exp=1 ->strength=49
2nd g=139 p=122 t=72 che=3 exp=5 ->strength=48
so as you can see goa and tec are very similar, while pass is much bigger for second goalie. Che and exp are better for second one also. But he has lower strength.

2nd goalies passing above 70 is pretty much useless for strength. Better goaltending of the 1st goalie is much more important in this case.
Better goalie right now is #1, however #2 actually would surpass #1 pretty fast with training (depending on qualities of course).
