my guess
you would loose about 0,44 energy
split energy loses in third pieces and count how many periods you play with selected priority. e.g. if you play with high one period it will be 0,33 energy lose

oh, i forget. that lose would be only if you play with 4 lines and with 15 minutes play for each line

"However, it is possible to put a player who prefers the left side on the position of the right wing in the penalty kill line without negatively influencing his performance."
I was originally told this applied to both PP and PK. Is it just PK now?

Good Idea !
I don't know, but i think only on PK situations

that is what the guide implies but thats different to what i was told a few seasons ago. Bit disappointed if its changed and nobody said anything and even more disappointed if what i was told was wrong in the first place.
You only have 4 players in PK. You can choose to play a center and a LW or RW. In PP you already have both since you have a full team
yes but i got told that on the special teams you could play LW/D as RW/D and vice versa.
Just want confirmation whether this is still the case or not and whether it has ever been the case since the guide only mentions the RW on the PK.

Vlady had told us all on the forums a long time ago that on special teams the wing position was generic, and that you could play LW/RW on either spot (on PK).
Yes, but this is the case only for PK lines. For PP lines, it's not.
Look at your lineup. If you have Pro, there is red for wrong side, green for correct side and black for doesn't matter. PP and PK have black.
exactly, just wanting someone to confirm that this is still the case since the guide is now very specific on it being the RW position on the PK.
Correct, that's how i've always understood it to be.
the guide was always this way. nothing has changed. what is said there doesnt deny nor confirm whether preferred side has any influence on the PP. That is for you guys to figure out.
