The argument has been said that a reason they don't do NT for teams without their own league is because those NT would be weaker and would lose. Well, so be it. I would rather have a chance to be on a NT and lose than not have one offered in the first place.

I have one question for you and maybe some other guys...

Imagine you would have to set an average standard for international players (those who play or might play for NT). What would be an easy classication to set?

I thought about something like this:

CL 5-6, Average trained qualities ~80%
OR (most important) depending on player's age:
15 yo = 300+
16 yo = 400+
17 yo = 500+
18 yo = 600+
19 yo = 700+
20 yo = 800+
21 yo = 900+ (no player has reached such level so far)...

I agree with Popaji, that "depends of moment when you are looking". Because if you now will get player with OR300, he is not so perspective as player, who you get in the start of season. In the end of season he will be over OR 400 un still be 15 years old.
So I think, that your table would be right when you look at the start of season.
And with trainig levels like at this moment you can add almoust 200 rating to your player in season..

Actually I was checking the best players in Elite NT and a 19 yo player is around 700-750 OR (end of season), that's why I rated it that way ^^

Well, i think each NT manager would probably build the team on their own systems, but the figures you mention are pretty good i'd say, at least at the start of the NT season when selecting the team. Although for an NT, i would not take anybody below 450 initially, and have that rise with time. An U20 NT would be great for the younger players though.

Why 22 days? Seems like an awfully long time.

because 14 days before they become FAs they hit the FA market. therefore they must clear the regular market at least 15 days before their contract expires. and you can have them on the market for a maximum of 7 days. 15+7=22
