Well if you have a 25 (or some other number Total Team Strength), some1 could intentionally play some games with weaker line-up and get the Total Streagth number lower.
they can use also game importance and same tactical diferences...
Anyone know what happens to guys whose deadlines are when the game goes down for 35min at 7:25-8:00pm EST (or 01:25-02:00 CET)?

Does training offensive skill for defenders and defensive skill for attackers have any impact on lines overall rating?
In this moment I guess not ... But from next season it will count for sure (at least in game engine) !
How can you be so confident about this?
