11. best in our league, so I believe it's almost 90, but tomorrow the player is scouted.

He's not as good as he looked before (AQ), but I would be proud about such a player... gratulations!

In my eyes the player just got better after scouting AQ before scouting was 79% and now it's 86%. AQ for winger skills is 91,5% (for center 92%) so this is definitely my best youth pull ever.

For sure it's a really great player! But when I saw him, my scout showed me incredible 98% AQ!

maybe this will be one of the best pulls ever... and he will become a national team player for sure I guess and also he has the chance to become one of the best players of PPM word!

I was just thinking, since there are a lot of people who don't pull good players from their sports academy, or they've pulled just one or two good prospects during those five seasons. Do you just hope time will come when your pulls will be great? Do you build your academy further because you hope it's a matter of its level? Did you give up any hope and just buy talent from the market? Do you have plans to quit with PPM because of the bad academy pulls?

I think that 13th level could be good thing.
After that I don't know will I build anymore. Maybe 14th is even better

Hm, no I guess. It is frustrating, and sometimes you feel like everybody are pulling excellent players, and you not.
I believe that there are managers who do pull more nice players, and those who don't, but those with bad luck can tweak it by buying.
It's nice when you have alternative.

I had terrible pulls for an entire season. I've had a couple good ones lately but still nothing compared to others. it's a lot of luck. Especially in soccer. Be patient... that is key for this game for sure.

The rarity of good pulls adds to the weekly excitement. Still building up the SA, though its priority has gone down considerably for me. So far I've gotten one solid goaltender and one great player (90s qualities, but alas, 5/6). Most of the time they are broken players with low quality in one of the key attributes. That's why I bought some players last season to give me some actual talent to train up.

Not quiting PPM over youth pulls. That system isn't broken, the OTR/sponsorship offers on the other hand would benefit from a little tweaking.

In season two and three I had really good pulls. No superstars but great players with 70-78 avg quality. Since then got very little to nothing. Now I'm trying to figure what's the proper way to react. I don't like to buy players from market, only did so because of lack of talent coming up from academy. So I chose double relegation so that my team can be competitive in my current league level with the weak players I get from academy and I don't have to adress to the market. But if my approach to this game is to build "from within" without touching the market do I have to forego success then? Only time will tell.

Higher SA is , lower rated players I'm getting. Even if I pull player with quality 80 it's useless for my team if his OR is under 180 - so I stop building SA - as i remember my best pulls were on SA level 4-5
So I spend a lot, lot, lot of money to building my team on youngsters, and when i take a look - that money could be easily invested in other facilities - so it's not so good alternative.
Few seasons ago I easily bought good player for 10-15 M, now it's hardly possible, cause for some teams 20M is drop in the sea
Some teams get players from SA that would be in my first line up and they easy sell them for 20 M or more and with such a huge constantly amount of money it's not hard to follow strongest teams in league.
SA is randomized.
My brother for example have only one player from SA with avq 82 - in 5 seasons - all others are forginers that improved his team under cost of huge amount of money.
He is fustrate with it but he is not even thinking about quiting
Sponsorship money is also little strange - my last years 4 star offer was 5,5 M, and this years 5 star is 5,4 M in same league - it's little under my level of logic

As you might know, Sports Academy doesn't help you only to get better youth pull, but also to send more players to training camps (with a higher training bonus). In my opinion, this facility is important and it deserves it's money !

I had similar experience with acedemy pulls, having pulled the best players on level 4 to 6. So a few months ago when my sports academy was at level 11, I demoted it down to level 5 just to see what will happen. And the following pulls were the weakest I ever got. 1 to 1,5 star rated 140 overall players, all of them.

I have two theries. One is the longer you play ppm the weaker the pull are getting so that rookies who have just begun have a little advantage as far as academy pulls is concerned.
The second theory is that the game engine tries to keep the talent in the game at a consistent level, a level that is determined by the overall number of teams. So while the number of teams has not changed much since season one, but the amount of young players pulled from academy has been rising rising a lot with everyone building their academies, people pull more and more avarage or weak talent.
