I have one question regarding to the players from repre and members of daggers' (teams without manager). If i decide to add one of those players to the repre, will he be at the Transfer List right after this?
No, the player goes to the market if he his already in the National team...
If you add him after his team goes defunct he doesn't go to the market...

This game begins to bore me. Everyday the same stuff, setting training up, settung education up, check injuries, loosing cupgames, pulling avg. quality = 40 players. A system where the same teams play international competition every year, a very static system, where money is far too important. Championsleague participants complaining they should have won their league game 10:0 instead of 3:1. A server breakdown is one of the very few things, people get emotional about, because in such moments disadvantage is involved.
Err it's a sports management game, this is what they do.
