My big names are all done for this season, I was worried as these 3 players were the core of my team. I think it took me ~8 million to keep them all. Just lucky I guess.
So If I have 2 players. one is trained 500/200/200 and the other is trained 400/200/200 which is the better player? is the 500 guy only minorly better than the 400 guy?
So any training outside perfect ratios is wasted?
My top two snipers have ratio close to 500/200/150. And I don't care about their rating. They score goals, and nothing else matters.

Way to put a dent in my street cred 
If my skybox finishes on the 111th day of the season, will I get an offer for it?
I don't believe so. The last day of offers is the 11th and I "think" the offers become before the skyboxes are finished. At least, if i were in your situation, i'd not rely on it.
But the offer is better because You should get it before your otr drop happens.
OK cool. I was just worried it would finish and I wouldn't get any revenue from it for a whole season
If it finishes mid season it gets auto signed for the rest of that season. but your otr is way down so it is less valuable.
