So is there an actual R/P/S scenario? As in, if I know what my opponent plays then I can use the one that beats it to gain an advantage? Or is best to stick with one to get the 100% skill with that one?
Each PP and PK tactic has a natural counter-part. Whether the game engine takes it into account is a mystery to me.
I have seen people talking about EQ alot lately. is that Effective Quality? or? seems like a more important stat then AVQ
Yep. That's just the average of the qualities of that player's position.

The EQ is the effective quality of a player based ONLY on the attributes which that player use in-game.
For example, I had a player who's average quality was 88% but his scouted EQ was at only 60%, because it only took into accout offense, tech, agg, and in my case, shooting. The Def/Goa qualities pushed up the average giving an inaccurate overall quality of the player.

If anyone wants to see biased reffing in PPM, look at my last 2 league games. I've had 14 penalty kills compared to 2 powerplays the last 2 games. And my 90.4% PK let in 7 powerplay goals. Not impressed as this cost me both games.
I'm curious about these micro-variations in player training. My new goalie has had the following day to day improvements.

He is not playing, he is not in any lineup, I'm really curious why he wouldn't train at an exactly constant rate. Is there some randomness built into the training?
