Most of football associations have goal difference as number 1 criteria.
i dont think so.In best leagues,world cups,european cups the mutual match is first choice.
Cups are a different matter but in league system if clubs are equal on points, goal difference goes first and than goals scored.
In my opinnion 4-2-3-1 formation is the best, well the best teams in RL use it. I forced it last season, bought CAM, trained his shooting, but didnt get result in team goals scored. This season 4-4-2, a lot more goals scored. I think with this engine you cant score enough goals without 2 CF. What do you think?
I agree with you, 1 CF isn't enough
Yeah, I agree, you need 2 forwards to score enough goals. But I dont think they have to be CF thou.

Important is the attack power compared to the opponent's attack (not just number of attackers)
I also think that there is no need for two CF.. 433 (one CF) also can be great formation

Forget both of them. Invest your money to the stadion, it will give bigger boost to your sponsors than HR 15 ever could.
I won the National Cup and was second in the league, why do we now have a qualification for the Champions League and nothing to look directly into the Cup Winners' Cup?
Champions league is higher priority then Cup Winners Cup. Therefor you will have to qualify to Champions Ceague instead of directqualified to Cup Winner Cup.
And the first place in the league is directqualified, the second and third will qualify.

What about the Cup-Winner? He has an extra place thats clear to me. But does he have a fix starting place or does he have to play qualification?
He is only qualified for Champions league. You can't play two european cups at the same time.
He obviously has to play qualification in CL.
