I heard that the difference starts on 9 points of experience (if I remember it well).

So, when a player achieves 9 points of experience, he gets a bonus on skills.
Then on 18, another bonus, and so on...

I'm just not sure if it was 9 or 7. But it was something like that that they (experienced players) told me.

Have you actually checked his players? He has played the game for 5 days and his best player has 230 OR. How on Earth will he get any (serious) money by selling all his players?

It actually means a lot, but its only one for the factors.
OTR, League level, league position, better or worse than last season, CWC or CL participation, marketing percentage, fines on most important games and offcourse number of stars (evaluation of offers)
All that influences on sponsorship offer.
You can influence all of those things except number of stars. They are completely random.

So if you built 2 lvl HR but also dropped few positions on the table, that can be less money. Also if you have same everything number of stars can make your offer higher or lower too. Etc etc, lots of combinations.

And also its really silly to expect a huge bump just because you upgraded one of those factors.

NO IT DOES NOT MEAN A LOT..

300 k a week increase from lvl 11 to lvl 14 which is less then 5 millions for whole season. My team, my results and my points are about the same.
So taking some basic math my general sponsor offer increased by less then 3 % !!!!!!
Whatever you say its damn low.. Even if you add OR, league position and that factors it could not deduct that much so it can only increase 3 %.
HR is expensive and for that amount of money it should at least had 20% influence on sponsorship offer

How can you improve your squad when you invest in HR, in training, in youths etc..
And your our maintenance increases your wages increase..
You have far far more expenses now then 3 seasons ago and you get same sponsorship offers, even less considering this one is 5* and past seasons I had 4*..

I m not silly just to expect a decent increase in sponsorhip offers not 100 %

If you cant do it than your not good enough manager.
maybe your team would be much better if you bought the players now, or invest in stadioum, and than later invest in HR...if that is true than this is bad managerial decision.

Also how do you mean you results are about the same? You were 1st in II league, than 11th, 18th, ans 16th.
Its big difference between 11th and 18th, also there is no way that your OTR could be the same now with this bad league positin as it was when you were ist in II.1 league.
So your numbers are certainly not about the same.

Basicaly, you would do much better if you invested in players, and specially in stadium, than to build lvl 14 of HR at this point of your career.

You cant blame anyone but your self. I mean its not 1st time your upgrading the HR. You are playing this game for 9 seasons! You had plenty of chances to see how much effect things have on different aspects of the game.

And if you would have enough money to be able to invest in all the staff, all the facilites, the stadium and the best players...what would there be to manage than? Nothing.

There is enough money to do something, but not everything. Its up to the managers choices to decide wher to send more or less money, what to develop now, what later, when to go for new players etc etc.

A Ivan pointed out, your league position is far worse now than it was before. You got good offers because you won the league. Now your down mid pack or lower. That's going to make a massive difference.

Invest in players, even if just short team older guys to get you up the ladder a bit.
