I didn't calculate it myself. I heard it from probably the most successful manager on PPM.
If a player from inactive team was called to national team, is he will go on the transfer market?
Only if he was called up before the team got inactive. If he was not called up, and the team got inactive, he is lost forever.
I have a question regarding NT elections. For example, lets have a look at Slovenian U20 elections:
soccer.powerplaymanager.c...
There are three candidates and one of them had his account blocked. What happens to NT team, if blocked manager wins the elections?
Shouldn't be candidacy automatically removed as account has been blocked?

it's not done automatically. I have removed his candidacy
you can do it now. you have time until tomorrow
So you think this sponsorship calculator is fair...
It is not and tutorial is not well explained.
For the amount of money and time it takes to built HR management does not affect anything and I ve proofed it with numbers. I didnt include anything else...
Some of you say that being in top of the Leaugue 2 attracts better sponsors then being at bottom of the Premier League. So, you re basically saying that Watford, placed 2nd in Championship should attract better sponsors then Sunderland who s 15-th in the Premier League.
I guess sponsors of Cardiff City must be pleased with the way the team is constantly in the top 5 of Premiership all these years. Because its attractive to play and win against Peterbourough then to lose against Man. U or Chelsea. So sponsors do not care if you re facing a team valued at 20 millions or the team that is valued 20 times higher. They only want a win. The problem is that Cardiff may get promotion this year... Hmmm I wonder how the sponsors will react when Cardiff starts losing games in the Premier League... Avoiding relegation in the premier league... Not good.. We want first 5 again or else we ll cut the funds.
I guess this is what are you implying to me...
I read different international forums and it appears that some league 3 teams are getting around the same sponsorship offers as me and some league 4 teams are also getting really good amounts of money considering they re 4-th ties
Level 10 and lower HR with less management influence.. But hey !!! THEY WIN !!! THE TEAM IS WINNING !
The sponsors do not care if they win against a crippled team or against a Justin Bieber fan team as long as they win.
Their whole team is bought, no homegrown players. Well, how would they grow domestic players if their TG and YA are level 6,7 the same as other facilities...
I guess sponsors do not care for this. It does not mean anything if the team is training at corn fields... Bad facilities.. NO PROBLEM !!!
You only need to win and thats it.
Most of the teams do not focus on facilities and youths. Why would they when they get enormous money from the sponsors. Once you create a team you re placed in a league where most of the teams are bots. You get decent money to start and you buy some decent players. You kick those bots and you kick them good.
6: 0, 8:0, 3: 0 ...
You finish first and get promoted. At that point your team is half strangers and half homegrown players. You built some facilities to lvl 3, enough..
And then sponsors come.. Yes, they heard that you passed the bot league like Hurricane Katrina and they give you CASH. A lots of cash !!! They are satisfied because you managed to win the "Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends League ". Uraaaaaa
And you spend it on players. Instead of paying 2-3 millions on a player now you pay 10 and more millions for a player and your whole team is made of strangers. New league is somewhat tougher. More then half of the teams are inactive because God knows why. Some other teams are slowly building their team. They want to improve facilities, they focus on their youths. So you end up with 3-4 teams that are competetive to you and once again you win and win and win..
Maybe you wont get an instant promotion but hey sponsors are satisfied because you were mostly winning and next season they ll give you even bigger boost of money...
Meanwhile, I play in the league where most of the teams are better, they are strong, they have NT players etc...
I must fight for a survival and in mean time I build facilities.
Because of the higher level facilities, bigger stadium and better staff/players I pay high amounts of money for maintenance and wages.
My costs are way way higher then the ones that team mentioned above has.
With lvl 14 HR, 90 % Marketing , Way better league, better players, facilities, stronger opponents I get maybe 50 million a year more then most of the League 3 or 4 teams.
And I surely pay at least 100 million more a season then those teams for maintenance, wages and other costs.
So in the end when you deduct weekly costs from sponsor offers you ll end up getting less money then teams from lower league..
Does this make sense ?
I dont usually moan but is this really ok ?
Whatever you say I dont care. Yes, I m in lower tier of the Premier League but I play in the competetive league where most of the teams are stronger then me and I still manage to avoid relegation..
Is it really OK for a League 3 Team, no matter how strong it is to have sponsor offers almost the same as mine..
Just take that into consideration. It hurts more when you have far better facilities, lvl 14 HR and everything else...
Yes , I play for 9 seasons but until now I never really thought about this. I just remembered the tutorial saying that HR affects sponsors.
But after all the analysis I can say that HR does not affect a thing.. Either if it has, its not significant enough.
Whoever else thinks I m wrong I ll give them chance to prove me wrong but with actual numbers and facts.
As for me... TUTORIAL IS WRONG

I didnt read the whjole post and I wont, i just want to fix one thing:
I refer to this:
"Some of you say that being in top of the Leaugue 2 attracts better sponsors then being at bottom of the Premier League. So, you re basically saying that Watford, placed 2nd in Championship should attract better sponsors then Sunderland who s 15-th in the Premier League. "
And answer is: NO, we are not saying that, we are saying hat IN PPM sponsors work like that. Not in real life. But since you are manager in PPM and not in real life, if you want better offers you have a choice of buildign you OTR by either buying better players and finishing higher in the league, or dropping a league and boosting your OTR in lower league for coupe of seasons.

I heard that there were modifications on the system to avoid this behaviour (the intentional relegation stuff).
I understand your concerns.
Personaly I think you shouldn't invest on HR if you believe it won't help your team.
Maybe you could invest on something else?
Of course the money you already invested will be lost if your point is correct.
Anyway, I don't think the guys from development would just think "Oh well, let's build an expensive HR facility that doesn't help anything, but just to keep the users busy and losing money building it".
Do you? I mean, it must have its value. Somewhere, sometime, someway.

Yes, and he also has other option: get some players and finish more up the table. but if he cant or wont, than only other way is down.
