Id like to adress a queastion that has been up before; Is trading staff really what this game is about? Or should be about? This team has made 500 000 000 from selling staff just this seasons, I think it should not be allowed to do this kind of trading..

Why ???
There is penalty for more then 10 sold staff/players. So if somebody (in this case ACHUJIENAS ) thinks that he can earn money even he must give 25,30 or 50% to PPM, why he can't sell ??
U also can do that !

but the question is, is this game about selling 100 players/staff every season?
that realy makes no sense
that realy makes no sense
+1
Have they ever given a reason why they allow unlimited staff without penalty? It's a huge loophole that messes with the balance of the game. They should also tax you for having too many staff like they do with players.

It doesn't matter that I can do it. It's stupid.
+1 to you not soderb. just one little thing => penalty for having more than XX staff.
@ tujague
Why ??
Lokk Chelsea or M.City for example. They buy every season almost whole new teams, and always sell lot of players (plus loan) !
Red Star Belgrade boy 13 players + couple sells in January !

[soccer_team=30325] sold 33 players and 70 staff last season. That's ridiculous. I'm willing to bet that most people don't want to play that kind of game.
i think that penalty for having players or staff over some limit should be financially plus training decrease for every player/staff over limit, that should prevent this kind of behavior, but it seems that they dont see this as a real issue so..
Will you stop whining against others who have better team than you do or will have better in future? Leave the guy alone. He found the way how to get a money. Some of us enjoy making success through results, some don't. He founded his way how to make the money. He is skilltrader (staff and players) and even you can do it if you want/have time. He probably have enough free time to do it.
I have a full respect of him and I suppose that he will be the best team in future and I really don't mind about it because this is all his hard work behind him. I wish him all the luck!

I love that idea. But it makes too much sense, so it'll never happen

Mh, but apart from soderb complaining about a specific team, don't you think there is some truth in what some people around here think?
I mean, you and others are the ones often (and maybe rightly so) complaining about the game becoming more realistic, right? And it's plain stupid and unrealistic that a team makes money in the range of a seasons sponsorship just by selling employees.
I think there is absolutely no reason why there is a fine for too many players but not for too many employees. PPM has stated that it doesn't want to be a daytraders game, that's why they implemented the 'limits' in the amount of players you can have and sell and for employees you can sell. That we have no limit for the amount of staff is imho simply a loophole.
Last time this came up, vlady was I think arguing along the lines, well, we don't know if he can make money with mass staff selling, so no reason to do something. Well, we all see now, yes, he can.
For me it's not about the Army itself, and it's not about trading in principle, it's about if PPM should be a game you can dominate by daytrading. Well, it is one at the moment, so maybe they should do something about it.

Funny comment based on the fact you and novakoni keep whining about the game engine? Apply your answer to your own whining. I am trying to raise the Q that this kind of ridiculus trading should be made not worthwile
