Oh, I didn't knew training can go +- a few points even if ALL factors are completely the same.
While we're at it, how big is the difference between 4/6 and 5/6 training (again, if all other factors are the same)?

If it's the same as hockey, 6/6 would be 100%, 5/6 is supposed to be 90% and 4/6 is 80%.

It is penalized, you can see it in the possession in midfield. But the team is much stronger itself, and has another 20% home advantage. So no amount of penalisation would make him loose that game with both playing normal.

I don't see penalaising in sides no MID end its logic he lose posesion, in CM he hase weker MID end its logic he lose it so I still don't see penalaising

In CM he could never lose possession on home ground with 5% without penalisation.

Maybe you should look better. You see it, but you are not happy with the result so you are ignoring what you see and play blind. No need for that.

Even with the help of the other 2 MIDs, the LM and the RM, the difference in CM possesion is too high, so indeed there has been a penalization there... Besides the 2 CMs have the same strenght, in both teams

PPM Football Challenge Cup (national team) = 3 matcher (150 min)
National team friendly = 11 matcher (749 min)

TOT= 231 matches - 8823 mins as 19y gives 50Exp

Player2:
League = 157 matcher (5670 min)
NC = 21 matcher (690 min)
LC = 7 matcher (420 min)
CWC = 8 matcher (ingen info ?)
SCL =6 matcher (600 min)

TOT = 198matches - 7380 mins as 19y gives 53exp

Player3:

How come player 2 has the most? Player 1and3 has been playing div1 soccer much more then player 2. Player 1 has much more nat.team matches, players 3 has alot more CL.. Is the exp gain almost equal no mather what?

I cant say for sure, but my understanding is that exp gained also depends on how "strong" the match is. That could mean that player 2 played more matches against similar strength clubs, and maybe more matches against stronger clubsthen he was into, so thats why he got more exp.
Although, in reality, I would expect that National team matches and ChLeague matches that players 1 and 3 had would bring more exp.

But as I said, its better to wait for someone more experienced to say how it really is

Can you tell me, is it planned for Oceania to join a "Other World" league for next season? I would like to know so I can plan transfers etc and team strength for next season

I am not able to answer that with certainty right now. It is planned, but it is questionable whether we can make it this season. The programmer who deals with these things is leaving us.
