Man sought reasons for its failure in others, and this is the beginning of the game. This is not the first, not the last time you attack the other managers because of stupid reasons
He didn't profit 500M. Sure, if we add up those numbers it comes out as a bit more than 500M but most of those sold staff members had a 50% fee so we can say that's around 300M. And what about their salaries? Each staff member was in his club for around 6 months. And remember, he bought most of those first, sure the prices were under 100k but still.
If you add all that up you come up with a number that doesn't sound nearly so amazing as 500M.
Sure it's still nice money but a lot of work.
If I was a no lifer, I'd do it too!

Sadly yes. Trying to discuss the tradingproblem is impossible if using team as examples means you seek reason for my amazing failure in this game..
Vlady already said (i think) that trading shoudnt be a big part of the ppm game, thats why we have all these limits and fees. The reason for it not being more is that you cant make any money by doing this, using the bigtitarmy as an example proves that you actually does make alot of money

This is not war, I looked at things realistically. The difference is that we keep silent since the beginning of the game, and others

There is a reason why fees are there for players and not for staff. You can do this only at the start of the game to get some money. Achuijenas did the same thing in hockey and stopped because of salaries of the staff and his market value. He will stop doing this, probably this or next season.
Anyway, the fees for players exists, but still he makes trading. So, even there are fees for staffs, he would do the same thing and maybe he will just do this with more staff (for example: now he sell 100 per season and in case of fees he would sell 200) and the profit from his point of view will be same.
Anyway, there is no daytraing. This is stopped by the fact that you can sell player/staff member just 50 days after you bought it. It's all about skilltrading and for skilltrading except that you must have enough free time to do it (that's the only necessary thing in daytrading) you need to have good object of education and good lecturers and this costs, so at the start of game you need to invest a good amount of money in this object neglecting others or buying some players. So, he neglected results at the start of the game in the first few seasons and because of his hard work, now he will be better and better. In meantime, we had nice results and got much better sponsorship offers than he did in first few seasons.
For me, it is fair enough, he just used some other path to glory.

knowledge + strategy + commitment = success.
Nothing strange - and congratulations to big-tits-lover for that
For me there is few tings I don't like in financial and training mechanism. When something is not logical then you can make it right with restrictions and penalties. For this topic I see 3 main problems (illogical things) in relation with training and education:
1st problem - 20 players practice same as 60 players on same training facility with same coaches.
2nd problem - head staff gain same knowledge as staff member that doesn't work anything + same as 1st but for staff.
3th problem - I really think that playing matches should give players more skills than just practicing - not just experience.
Off course there is other things - but that is not in connection with this specific issue
Would it be fair to change that now when someone has invested in that strategy - i don't know - probably not.

Well in this game, has to be chance to do something different than others. Some managers wants only play their own academy players, some wants do money and buy "best" players. If you have time, you can use "skilltraiding etc.", if not it is not other managers problem.
I find your first argument strange. You say, the reason we have no fees for too many employees is that it's only exploitable for the first, say, five or six seasons? For me, that sounds even more like a loophole if you put it that way. I think the developers probably underestimated how employee-selling can push a team forward in the beginning of the game.
And ok, there is no daytrading in ppm. Let's call it 50-days-trading - or skilltrading like you do. That's ok, but my problem is MASS trading. Given, you have to put money in the infrastructure upfront but the reward is so big (if, as you say, you have the time). As an example one has to take the Army in Hockey again. He dominates the world now. (And of course the way he plays is perfectly ok. That's just the way the rules are and he uses them.)
But personally I don't like the idea that you can dominate(!) a manager game by mass trading. And from what I understand, that's also not ppm's idea of their game.
The best thing would have probably been, like others have already proposed here, to reduce training and education if one has too many players or staff. I've seen that work quite well in other manager games.

I know what are you talking about. The people, talked about it a long time ago in hockey threads asking the same you do now. Make the agent fees for staff sale, but nothing changed. Probably, PPM team, looked at all of this, and concluded that changing game in that part is not needed.
Maybe because this is the real charm of PPM. You can be successful by choosing different paths or patterns.

they have actually said that they did not want the game to be a tradinggame, and that you dont earn much money by trading staff. Now the result has come and we see that, yeah you can make money on trading staff, alot of money. So question is, do they need to manke changes now that they see their assumption was not correct?
Can you tell me how much did he get from trading that staff?
You should not forget that you have to remove tax and the salaries pay during the time he was in the team..
