I just believe that PPM owners wants to get as much people as they can and because of that they don't want to lose any type of users. As, I already said, they are players who enjoy to make good results, others enjoy to look at his bank account and see millions there don't caring a lot about results, third group likes to trade and so on...
PPM owners don't want PPM to become trading game (so with some percussion like agent fee they make it trading less successful), but they needed to satisfy even those kind of people/potential users giving them a little freedom to do the stuff they like to do, trading and they gave them this through staff and I really don't see any problems with it. Just think that not people are you like. Some likes to do other things than you like to do. You must live with it.

Well then they should remove fees on maxplayers since Iam pretty sure there are people who would like to trade players also.. A logic I dont see fit. You already said yourself that stafftrading only works for 6 or so seasons, so what happens with the managers who only like trading then? They quit? Dont think so..
They don't need to quit. Take a look at Achuijenas. He also trade players. What do you need more? They just didn't want to make PPM trading game, but still traders found the way to do it (with less profit of course, but they do it). This is good for all sides.
And there are users who enjoy to make tactical strategies - but they hardly could enjoy
- Sorry to all - I could not resist
I always try to think what is logical and for me it's absolutely not logical that 100 players practice same as 25 - I just can't imagine that.
It's not logical that player without playing matches become better skilled than some who play matches.
It's not logical that staff without working practice can be same effective as someone who was head staff.
In one period of my education I was in class with 42 other students - it was absolutely not-effective

I agree, there are some mistakes. I just hope that they will remove it in future.
Yes I dont say remove the ability to trade staff, make it wso that you cant earn 250M per season by doing it
yes Im talking about what is possible now, not if he did that or not.
Even if there are agent fees, nobody stops you from earning a billion. The quantity only matters. Currently he will sell 100 staff to earn 250M, but with agent fees he will need maybe 300 staff to earn 250M and nobody can stop him earning that money, nobody but only himself.
So, nothing. This is what it is, the goal is the same...
They can stop this easily. Don't limit the market fee at 50%. Keep that going up for every player/staff sold. You would have to pay PPM to sell more than 57 players/staff.
I have two players so the objects are the same for both of them, both trained Head and none of them played yesterday:
Player A: 16yo, 5/6, Head Q89 - +0.89 training.
Player B: 17yo, 4/6, Head Q89 - +0.90 training.
Is this ok and why?

It's OK. Tomorrow the 1st one will train maybe +0.92 and 2nd one 0.87, at the end the 1st one we get better training, but only little better
You should compare more trainings... lets say avarage of 10 trainings. The first 1 should have bigger training.
