Hockey chemistry is acting normal too, for what it's worth - it's only soccer chemistry that seems to be affected by the high loss rate.
For me, it's OK as Vlady said. I played with mostly 1st 11 players yesterday to see the fix and all of my players had 100% chemistry after yesterday's match. Today, all of them are at 99%, which is quite OK, because they had yesterday before the match 97%. I believe when I play match today, that they will stay at 100% at Wednesday.

In hockey I can send 24 players to camp with training bonus 127%, but in soccer I can send only 20 players (bonus is 127% also). Same 100% sporting directors and same level of SA.

Guess its right this way since you are supposed to have a smaller team in soccer than in hockey (30 instead of 40 without penalty)

it's -3 by default without sporting directors, but since with them you can add more players to the camp and this add number is linear with number without them it's logical that at some point they will give you less add number of players than in hockey

haha getting a bit bored, biggest disappointment was not getting further in CL since i had energy saved up for it... but oh well, am sticking around because I enjoy it
