There is going to be a player loaning system? so players can be loaned for experience?
Is it possible to have a staff member with a 0 star rating? I would have thought aleast a 1/2 star would be the min. Just curious as I have never seen this before in either sport.

I don't know if Guardiola have half a mind - but he plays without RM or without RD. And not just that - he plays with LM with low speed.
Yeah, but to be fair, how could you reasonably code a system like Barcas? The way they play is so special, their positions being mere guidelines. I mean, this is a mostly free online browser game...
I don't expect to code Barca game - i think it's a question of variety in tactics and player skills.

Right, one could or should discuss this. But the ongoing reference to Barcas exceptional tactics is misleading.
Barca tactic is best argument because everyone know they are best European Team - and if that team wouldn't have a chance in PPM (football manager simulation) - then it's so obvious something is wrong.
Barcelona only play that well with that tactic, since their players are just better than everyone elses. lesser teams cant play like they do.
