I think strict marker is bad idea.
Without strict marker and with offside traps would be my choice.

the rb has 100% chemistry but the lb has 98% only because he was injured and also the lb has 55 exp but rb has 51 only, 4 is the difference to 10 and 12?

errr...the lb has better passing than the rb but for tech and speed, rb is much better

It's the ratio of Pas to Def (Pas divided by Def) and so on. These B-skill ratios have a huge influence on the rating.

Not necessarily. That depends on how the ratios are. There are better or worse ratios for each position on the field. You can find the importance of each B-skill in the guide.
But, if the two players have different ratios that could be the explanation why one is better than the other. (And so you have a clue what are the better ratios.)
