Yeah, nicely done. I like the write-ups, too - I know it can feel like no one reads them when there aren't many comments, but that is definitely not the case - the reporting is much appreciated.
Managing the U-18 team is probably the toughest of the three since you're losing most of your best players every season and don't have a younger team feeding you a list of potential replacements. I'm glad you're sticking around for more!

I kind of see it is the most challenging and fun as you constantly have to keep looking for new talents. And I also see as the most important, as choosing the right ones can make or break a senior team.
I think Caps is the right guy to run it for years to come.

Hey Cap, good job. I like the write ups, it clearly shows that you have done you homework. And the results speak for themselves, getting promoted. You've got my support for the future.
Thanks! Next year is going to be especially tough. Last year, there were a few elite 17 year olds that were already starters on the team. This year, all the starters were 18. I do have 2 or 3 of the best 17 year olds at each position already selected for the team, and I've already scouted all of the 16 year olds and 17 year olds on or from I.1 teams, but the pool might not be as strong for next year.
The team this year was exceptional; it probably could have been competitive in the top division. Some of the players started the season as good as some of last year's players ended the season. Even so, I still need to more closely evaluate what I have to work with (it could be that the 17 year olds are still good but were blocked by better 18 year olds).
It doesn't help that the big four, in addition to one or two other teams, account for producing most of the players. As more teams complete their stadiums and get around to perfecting the relevant facilities, the pool will begin to improve.

Cap, could you please release the 19 year old players so that I can pick them up for the U20 team? For some reason it doesn't seem to do it automatically yet. It might be after tonight's update, I don't know.
Will they keep 20% if I manually dismiss them? I think it would be better to wait until tonight's update, but I can test it with Douglas Colbert (who has 8% chemistry).
If there's no problem dismissing and picking up Colbert (even if you or the new managers decide that he isn't necessary later), then I will dismiss everyone else.
I totally forgot about that drop. I picked up DC and he's got only 2% chem, so I guess that happened.
It seems that the automatic dismissal occurred after yesterday's update.
Richard Jacob, who I believe had the best AVQ in the country before his team folded, and has the potential to become one of the best defensemen, is on the market (because he was on the U18 roster).
Louie Lance of the Irresistible Force, who has the highest OR in the country out of players under 18 as a 17 year old, is also on the market.
