I believe it is 100cr to get your team back. He should have all facilities from when he left and cash accumulated since. In short, he'll be losing a few good prospects but should have enough to purchase replacements if need be. I hope he comes back, I know it was a big reason why you wanted II.3.

sports academy players' overall ratings are determined by the sports academy level, and the faculty's respective staffs. qualities of those players are random
