I was wondering if anyone knew how OTR increases are decided. My OTR increases for friendlies have ranged from .15 - .27. It seems to be consistent if I play the same team, but I dont know why some teams I gain more than others
I believe the increased is based on the other team's OTR, the higher it is the bigger gain you get by beating them and visa versa if it is small.
Depends on the relative strength of your opponent compared to you.
Hey guys! Is there any planned feature that would allow transfers and trades? I guess it's not easy to make but I believe it would make the game even more interesting 
And I meant transfers you would first negotiate with another player. Not the market-way of trading players, of course.
That will probably never happen due to the potential for abuse and massive amount of GM work required to oversee and officiate.
Hey everyone- Just wondering, how did you all build your teams? Through the market or "home grown" players through the sports academy? Even a mix of both? What did you find works?
So far I think the market has been my best friend. I'd assume that's because my facilities aren't quite good enough to produce those top tier prospects.

My team is 100% market built. And will be for a while. I probably have the oldest team in canada haha.
In 28 days my arena will grow from 10,000 to 20,000.
My current Maintenance lvl is at 9. Should I be worried about my daily expenses or will the larger arena be more beneficial overall.

Yes and no. The sooner you build up maintenance the better. For reference, with my lvl 15 MC my arena maintenance is 1.1M/day.
