I'm 4 mill off from being able to do another full triple in time for this seasons sponsor offer.
Should I just do it when I have the money (in a week) and have it finish after the sponsor offers) or do a non maxed triple, and then have to waste 50 days later upgrading the capacity?

Can you take out a small loan to make up the difference? Do that if possible, otherwise I would build the biggest size that will finish before offers, and then finish upgrading it at some point in the future.
Don't make it a priority to finish the upgrade though, instead focus on getting the other large stand-ups built up first, since spending on those stand sections will give you more seats and another VIP section for your money.

You don't want to sacrifice the revenue if you can avoid it. Take out a loan. If that doesn't cover it, consider player/staff sales or some minor demolition.
I'm surprised nobody suggested Boba to start two minimal capacity triple... you could have 2000 new seats instead of 2500, but two skyboxes giving you cash forever. Of course, you'll lose the stands 50 days when upgrading to max triple, but you still get money from skyboxes.
Skybox money isn't much. It's a 3+ season payoff if I recall correctly and it is tied to capacity. I.e. a 1,000 section skybox makes way less than a 2,500 section skybox. Might even be 2x or more making one 2,500 more economical not to mention the updated days saved.
I should have stated that I'm 4 mill off with taking out a maximum loan
Then I'd say make it 1000 seats and upgrade it mid-way through next season.
Gah, now I'm only 1.5 off after ticket sales.
I have enough to do 2 1000 seat triples.
To upgrade seating, do you just pay the difference in costs, or does it end up being more total to build a 1000 seat and then upgrade to 2500?
I'm thinking I'll do the 2 1000's if it doesn't end up being more

I just realized I'm spending a lot on a couple staff members and I want to know if I should downgrade (my expenses are a little high right now)
HR: Lv 11. Mgr 1: 91 MKT, 70,000 (salary). Mgr 2: 88 MKT, 56,000

70,000*112 = 7.84 mil a season. To buy one at year end would cost about the same, and then you are stuck with his contract anyway. Would having a 90% mkt stat give you 10+ more a season than having 0%... That I do not know.
For Sporting Directors. I know we all want that great pull. At lvl 11 what would be your highest pull, 350? maybe. Looking at your team, you have not pulled a 15 yr old this season. And your best 16 is 447. I know it is hard to cut your SD's because you want to pull an allstar but is the return worth it when you pull one every 3 seasons? I don't know. If I were you I would keep my player training as low as possible (Below 20 if you can) and keep youth training at 50. If I am not mistaken you would be paying around just under 20k a day for each, saving you about 6 + mil a season... Then again, is 6 mil that much of a saving?

Hmm. Not sure if it's worth it for the HR then. As for SA, my pulls have been GARBAGE lately. Haven't kept anyone for about 3/4 of a season
