I would agree, staff expenses are 50% of your expenses right now. Trim them up considerably and start investing in long-term payouts... provided you have the patience.

Wondering if someone can give me some arena advice? What do I build now? Currently have 30+ million so thinking another large stand may be best but want some opinions.

I would suggest exactly that, a Triple Floor for your stadium. It takes a while to build, but since you have a small-ish arena, I would recommend building a couple of these before anything else, it will greatly increase your revenue.

If you can combine loan with your cash at the end of the season to equal 81m you can build your first 2500 triple as you have that 1000 seat one there to anchor the upcoming season. Then in the following year you will have a better media deal and you do not have to upgrade it down the road as that one is complete.

Long term strategy : minimum triple (1000 seats) all around. Skyboxes as soon as possible. Upgrade everyting to 2500 when needed.

Is it worth taking a loan and doing this immediately or should I wait unti the season ends?

Why does my goalie with 150 plus G have a save precntage of like 70, while in the same game my 50 G goalie has a 95 precent game? Both faceing over 10 shots. This is not the first time it has happened either so I know it is not some kinda fluke. I am new to the game and still feeling things out but I feel after my recent transactions I should be smokeing this team that was a close game befor rather then haveing basicaly the same results. I have added 6 players all over 450 OR with my new tender almost at 700 OR. I am just disapointed I guess in the lack of results I have recived VIA the market... Should have stuck with home grown talent I guess, darn home sick europens hehe no offense intended.

Any Goal atty over twice the smaller of tech and pass is wasted. So G1 plays like an 88 Goa goalie while G2 plays like an 84 Goa goalie. In the long-run they should be equal.

I am curious if someone can give me some staff and facility advice? To this point I have just build what I could afford and have not really hired any staff as they seem like a poor investment.

However I now realize that quality staff are going to be required at the next level.
