When game system has a flaw, owner should rewrite the system, not ban people. Why don't they give him warning and then financial penalty, not ban.

They made a system also where everybody are expected to cheat in order to perserve energy for NT. So we have semis and finals where people are playing very low or low. Yeah right...
So they say it will change that in 8th season. Surely they can find a way to fix this thing also.

Nobody is expected to cheat, and nobody is forced to cheat. In fact, any manager that cheats does so by choice.

and as per the rules, it is forbidden to abuse any errors and defects in the game and rules.

If you want your country to perform, damn we are all patriots and we will all cheat and play low. So it's cheating.
Also, Ive spoken earlier about it and nobody gives f*** about it - league strength is not equal in whole ppm. Slovakian I league is the toughest of all, and even guy who ends 17th could beat first from Danish or 1st international.
What we are going to do about that ? It's more important problem than tanking, without this problem, tanking maybe would never emerge.

That has nothing to do with it.

Dead Dolls earned the right to fight for promotion. If he wont it and got beaten next season that's his problem, but it is not yours or anybody elses job to judge them not worthy because they have a weaker team.

What if the manager of Dead Dolls wanted to promote? What if, knowing they might lose all games, wanted to do it anyway.

If you don't want to promote that's your prerogative. However, I don't see it right to play all the way to the final then lose out costing other people the right to move on. If you don't want to promote, lose first round. However, incentives should make it that EVERYONE wants to promote regardless of how weak their team is compared to the league above.

I suggested before and I'll suggest it again, some sort of financial cap such as that of a general sponsor. People say WELL THEN YOU WILL SEPARATE THE BIG CLUBS FROM THE LITTLE CLUBS which is true to an extent but if someone in div2 is capped out at 8M a season from sponsors and div1 is uncapped they'll sure as shit want to promote. Same as with div3. They're capped at 6M/week promoting to div2 gives them another 24M to work with.
