Many teams play 4-3-3 in real life and manage fine...
Is there a chance of playing a league game every day and shorten the season, it takes so long, we are getting old here.
Won't happen. The catch is people who are signing up are going to get further behind even faster at a faster game speed. It's a marathon not a sprint 
At age of 26 you need to buy your own players. If you have 11 studs you need 5,5 bilion to keep them. I think its better we get there faster and see what happens.
Hey guys. I have a team in the Europe league, and i want to ask the owners of this game if they can make a national team for this division, in order for us to be well prepared for every season because sometimes is boring. That's my opinion.

Only countries that have their own leagues get a NT. It is too hard otherwise to find NT managers for them and have enough players to be competitive.
yes but this could be a change for football... Change for managers in the Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania leagues etc. For ex Cyprus will never have the amount of teams in order to form our own league...
Never say never! Word of mouth is the best advertisement. Tell your friends 
yes but i don't have money to buy advertisement. Look canucks i play in many football manager games and i know, cypriots will never sit on their pc to play this kind of games, only xbox, ps3 etc
Maybe he has a point? It'd be cool to have a NT for all countries...
When can you apply for NT manager of senior teams in elections? The only one I seem to be able to apply for is the U20 age group?

Thats a wierd logic i must say, why would increasing the speed of seasons, hence speeding everyting up the same amount for everyone cause bigger gaps?
Because instead of being 10 seasons behind new teams would be 15 or 20.
But if you asume that the game has some mechanisms that even out the game if you do well as a new manager, then it will also go faster to catch up. -30% otr for example more often
