you are right, it doesn't have to be used. nobody forces you to use it. as you said you should do what is best for your team. isn't it logical to be a little boost in nubers cause all this is spinning around exactly that numbers? a boost from training camp maybe? i know i want it

me for example, I had better use for the money so i tore down my academy, and spent it somwhere i tought it will be more usefull for my club, i sold sporting direcotrs too, and i will not go to a camp at all now, i will use all the games i can to raise my chemistry for the upcoming season.

It depends a lot also on your academy, coaches, quality of players etc...

Thats why i think the system is ok as far as you can choose what you think its best for your club, and its not bulid in a way that everybody does same things at same time...

i find your ideas unusual but it's your club.

even if you think it isn't meant that everybody does the same things at same time it usualy is pretty much like that. for example just look when most of teams are going to training camp in all leagues. i wonder why

If you remember how all this started...he said that number of playser in football team should be 35 without paying the tax, because you can take max of 23 players to camp.

If we assume the city speed limit is 50km/h and ivan wants it to be 250 or 330 km/h that's 500 to 660% bigger than it is now. While BeeJay is asking for a ~15% increase, which is not only noticeably smaller than the example ivan provided but also makes a lot more sense:

a) if you would drive 250 km/h through the city, somebody is bound to get hurt or even die
if the player limit would be increased to 35, no one would get hurt and it would allow players to maximize the effect of the training camp (no one sends players in camp for only 6 days...)

b) comparing cars with players is ok but the main point is not about "how fast can cars go/how good can players play" - it's about common sense, if the developers made it possible to send 24 players to the camp isn't the idea to maximize that possibility? I'd say yes. And the rules say we need 11 players on the field (in case you forgot) so how am I supposed to maximize profit from camp and not be punished for having too many players while at the same time, play matches?

I'm not really concerned about this issue since I know you'll do the wrong thing anyway, I was just bothered with ivan's example because it's too exaggarrated and totally inaccurate.

You are completely off the idea and logic behind the comparison. Specially when saying that there is even possibility to do it wrong in this example.

There can be no wrong or right way in this what you are talking about. Both ways are right, you just want to able to maximise everything at your disposal without influencing some other aspect of your team management. Whats the point of a manager than?

And what vlady and I say is that if that would be made possible than where is the fun in that?
Than everyone would do it, there would be no need to take managerial decision on that matter, it would be done in exactly the same way by all managers.

I completely agree with ivan and vlady, in fact i would go even further and say that there needs to be more of these tough decisions in the game and not so much cookie cutter everyone doing the same thing.
