I want to know the same thing, since this was the thing that annoyed me the most.
And to the 'smart ones', no, setting the same substitution 15 times over again is not 'simply' and 'easily' done.
Setting a substitution once and be sure that it can happen at any time if the conditions are correct IS simple and easy.

No need to get snippy here. Of course it would have been a nice addition to set durations. But the copy-setting-possibility makes it definitely easier than before to set up the same setting at different time slots. It is really simple, I did it this afternoon.
why new substitution not work for mobile or tablet
I have real big problem!
a had a friendly match on friday. i made the start team and made reserves:
kepfeltoltes.hu/view/1210... and kepfeltoltes.hu/view/1210... and NOTHING happend on the match! soccer.powerplaymanager.c...
my friends on hungarian forum told me to change the reserves, so today i made it on the other method:
with this tart team: kepfeltoltes.hu/view/1210... with this reserves: kepfeltoltes.hu/view/1210...
and NOTHING happened today soccer.powerplaymanager.c...

WTF? Why i can't make any substitutions with my phone...? Is this fair? Fix it please.....
Actually doesn't work on tablets and smartphones. Only on PCs. (Works in progress)
Well, is this fair them who can only use phones/tablets? Line-ups page have "regular version"....

Did you drag players from the field to bench? If yes, then that is the problem.
I have just discovered that if you drag a player from field on the bench in the substitutions, this substitution will not take place. It only works if you drag players from bench to field.
We will disable the option to drag players from field to bench to avoid such problems.

There is a problem, I have 2 players with one secondname. Currently I have to mention when the exchange who is who. Very uncomfortable every time to check whether I guessed - LD Gusts Veselis or CM Sent Veselis. Hopefully this will be improved 
yesterday the reserves was ok. I dropped the players from the bench to the field. so this method is working!

I cannot swap players positions -just- in bench with the regular version. It only works with the other one (I'm using a computer)...
Is it ok for my brother to vote for me to be national coach and then make him my assistant or is that classified as cheating
as long as it's your brother and not you, it's ok.
