I don't think it's ok to have such teams in soccer, in this moment. A lot of NTs have most of their players aged under 20.
It has to wait 4-5 seasons!
I think its much better that they start now! Cant find anything negative on it? More playing is better in my opinion!

You got a point, Alkeis, but in my opinion we still have many NT players under 20 and since they made the age cathegories exclusive (which was a good move), we could wait a couple more seasons to launch elections and then launch NT u20 and u18 in the beginning of season 10.
Of course junior players would also play on senior team?! But what does it matter if there competition for u18 and u20? It doesnt matter? It would be more logical to start in maybe season 10 but still more fun more games? Real life senior national team also includes u20 and u18 players?

Not stupid. Most logical thing to do considering you will have 3 different and independent coaches.
I also consider that system to be a really good one. Also, why not start it as soon as possible as well in football? In the end, all countries will have the same restrictions, so it's fair to everyone and I'm pretty sure all countries have more than enough players age 21+ to fill up a national team.
Why? Most leagues here in Australia are based like that. It allows for a true hierachy of leagues as players age. Makes perfect sense really.
