This mean that trainig 100-70-55-35 is relative good and for forward shooting 60 is good. Great !
That's not true. The badly skilled players I mentioned earlier still have the same low rating they had yesterday. So it's definitely not the same as monday.
That doesn't mean everything is fine for sure, but it seems so. Lower ratings for 'well' skilled players did rise again and the badly skilled players are downrated.

Nobody said players are being punished for good tec, pas or shooting. But there are better or more effective skill ratios than others. A player can have more Pas than necessary for example. All concerning the ratings of course. Nobody of us knows for sure if it isn't a good idea to train shooting higher than 'necessary'.
Well I will not type numbers into excel for 2 hours again until I know what ratings to go after.. 
You have option, in excel, to download all data needed. It takes 10 seconds.
From menu, select Data -> From Web.
It has an update option also.
Btw, why you need all that data in excel ? I mean, you have PRO pack activated, which grants you some options (like automatic practice).

Well I am talking about finding out what training that is best which mean I type in the values of scouted players, excel is great since I use formulas to get % on secondarys and so on along with rating, I found what beats what with tuesdays update but Ill redo it later when I know what day has the correct ratios

Well, I (and at least one other manager I know) do the same at the beginning of a season. But the work grows because nowadays I scout so fast.
I started yesterday, and that was in vain I think. And christmas draws near so I don't have much time in the next days. And btw, I haven't found a fast solution to the copying of scouted players stats yet. If I only could code better.

You can scout players how much you want, you will never know what works best. only way to know is to compare, but then you are doing what Im doing really
You thing that player who have skils over "perfect ratio" is not penalize but player with lowest be punish? That wilk be ok.
