For the 24 year old i think you can get 20 millions. I bought 23 year old 4/6 for that amount of money. For others probably close to 40 millions.

Anyone know how much OR a player can gain in a season? Assume optimal conditions- 15yo, 6/6, TF/RF at level 15, maxed coaches & physios and both camps. Or anything close to that.
My top trainers are around 1.4-1.5 per day. That's 168 plus 21 more for camps. So around 190 would probably be my best. But most of my staff are capped to save money. I think only two of them are training anything right now.

With the new changes announced, and assuming they will push back the OTR starting position like vlady mentioned in thee comments, I think now might be the best time for me to rebuild. Expect some player sales next week

Okay, it was supposed to start this week, but I chickened out a bit. I ended up putting one guy on the market. He's got a bid now. I'm kind of freaked out about that, but the rebuild has officially begun. Just about everyone else will be going bye bye pretty soon.
I made Leggmann use some energy! I don't know if he always does this in NC matches or if it was because I actually tried to beat him in the league the last two times. I'm going with the latter just to make me feel good. It's not much, but I'll take any little victory that I can these days
I should have mentioned this before zutial wasted some energy today, but I won't be trying to win the rest of the games. The rebuild is officially on. I've added some crappy 15yos. Zeb Lau is on his way out. I'm just going to throw the kids in as soon as they come in.
