I have one guy left (Rimando), but he was just benched in the placement playoffs. He was the leading scorer in Atomics history until Zeb Lau passed him up this season. Hmm. I think I'm going to sell my last as well.

Just got promoted up here for next season, good chance it'll be one and done for me but we'll see.

What kind of salaries do the top guys get? Like 12-13-1400 OR players. I'm just curious

My player salaries only total 275K per day. That seems low...

staff are completely overpaid. Been saying it since beta but no one listens from this developing crew. It's crazy that the majority of a team's finances are taken up by staff.

My player salary bill in total is just a hair over 210k/day. On the other hand, my staff salary bill is over 1m/day and that's 50% of my total daily expenses.

I purged my 'high dollar' staff last season. Or was it two seasons ago? I think my staff costs went from 750k down to around 300K. It's now back over 600K and I'm finding it hard to save up any money. The Max loan that I took out to get more seats started is a big reason for that, but it still doesn't make sense to have such high priced staff. I wanted to try to cap their training at an affordable level. I missed by a bit Dumping the managers after sponsor offers will save me 92k. I'd like to cut another 50-100k in staff after that.

Leggs, thanks for the salary. I find it interesting that I can have a full 16 player lineup of Korey Buckleys and a decent staff would still cost more

I cap the training for managers (scouting), arena custodians (both skills), lecturers (both), and physicians (both). I only train coaches, physios and sporting directors. Still, I have two coaches at max OR so they make 200k/day each. That hurts but I'll be selling them both after this training camp is over in about 4 days.

My Managers don't train scouting at all. They're currently capped at 21/80. Both will be ditched after sponsor offers.
Custodians are capped around 50/50.
Coaches capped at 70/65.
Physios around 65/65.
Physicians are at 73/70.
Sporting Directors are 85/80, but I think I could probably cut them down to 85/50 or even less.

I would love to get their salaries down to 400K total. I should have capped coaches, physios & physicians at 60/60. Maybe even 50/50. I need to start making some money. I think I've only built two major facilities in 3 seasons.

I think your values are quite reasonable. I'd cut down physicians 50/50 even. I don't like to cap the sporting dir because I hope they'll help get better players. So far it has worked out.

I dont even keep lecturers during the season. Sporting directors i buy before i start the training camp, and than fire them after it's over.

SDs help get you better youth pulls. I would think you would need them for the AI boost. Although if their effectiveness is as small as some others seem to be, maybe they aren't necessary. I don't think I have the balls to test this one

J0J0, that might be a good idea to cap the Physicians. I don't get a ton of injuries as is. Maybe I can save a few bucks...
