I can see what you're saying. My soccer and handball teams both got moved to 1.1 by league reshuffle. Teams were not really ready for that level of competition at all.
Went straight back down in soccer and may continue to survive in handball.
I need to cut my costs in all sports, I carry too many players and staff.

Bonus comment on this. When is the last time we saw a A+ here in D1? They are way to rare. I mean, the fact that we see more hidden gem that A+ is stupid.

Brock innis was the last one and he's 23 so 8 years. Reflex got one this year at 89avq but a 5/6. Bobby Baldwin was one aswell but wasn't in the draft just a SA pull from a weak team with 300OR to start. So yea ur definitely right.
Ya, it would be nice to have some kind of pre-scouting information. Nobody enters the NHL season not knowing anything about the draft pool.

It would also be nice to be able to scout the whole list, or at least 80% of it and not something like 40%
If you think about it, the "scouting" attribute for managers is useless in this game compared to the financial cost associated with training it. It'd make much more sense if the number of players you could scout depended on that, not the quality of your SA and SDs. You'd see more people, including myself, getting managers with better scouting then. Right now I go for minimum scouting and 100 marketing (in other sports, don't have the bank in BB yet).
I do the same. I only put my best at scouting when I want to get over 100% per day to improve NT scouting

Should likely relegate, too many seasons finishing mid-table. So I went VL today, crushed him. Guess the gap between div1 and div2 is quite large if a shiite team like mine is that far ahead (on VL) of a 2nd place div2 team (on VH).
Didn't notice the draft notification. Another draft without anything scouted. Makes at lease 6 in a row now
I had a draft notification tool implemented. But, like my other tools, interest dropped.
