I noticed that my pivots usually have more turnovers than my other players, even if they have the ball less time than other players (at least it works that way in real life, I suppose that's similar in PPM). Is it possible that, when one of the backs try to pass the ball to the pivot, and he can't catch the ball, the turnover goes to the pivot?
Hi
I created this design that I use for myself www.hostingpics.net/viewe... ...
I would like to know if PPM would like to add it to "National" court surface (Handball) so that it would be available to any other manager for 5 credits and could apply it for himself?
Thanks

In football forum there is a topic called "Market enquires" where is possible to ask if someone is interested in a player before selling him... In handball is there something similar or i missed it??
Can i ask in the topic "Handball transfers"? Thank you

Okay so I have had generally the largest sports academy possible from the beggining of the game, it has been level 11 for a draft already and I am yet to draft a > 300 OR player since around level 7 sports academy. I've drafted three. I have had high rating for youth training efficiency too most of the time. Yes I know it is random and it's all chance and it's not just down to academy level. However I feel this is rather unfair now considering drafts of over 350 by people who have invested their money shockingly but have been awarded with multiple good drafts. I can't help feel that the drafts should be relative of other teams rather than just typical level and staff.
Haha, I guess you are not serious with this post, and I will not be fooled. Nice try
If you are serious it is not common to draft players over 300. I have myself drafted one at 295 at best, then the one after that at 270. So you can't just relay on your youths.

Well just getting a bit fudged off really. Was hoping a naive player would let me in on a little info.
Well considering teams in my league have many more over 300 drafts with comparatively worse set ups and better or drafts by quite a long way I kinda am serious....
I have still draftet no player over 300. My forth best player was around 255. Yes I've sold for 100 mil but that's because I've sold most of the players I've drafted and got lucky to get good prices on them.
And like I said, some players draft better and some draft worse, but you can't build your team around youth pulls. You should see the pulls as a bonus and build your team around other things

Surely a team's goal should be to produce their own talent rather than having to spend shed loads of money buying players from other teams. There are things in the game to promote this e.g higher wages for foreign players.
It appears to me that you are of the belief that you should buy all your players to make a good team, but good players don't just appear, they have to have been pulled from someone's academy.
Take football as an example. Manchester City - have bought all their players at top dollar and have 'bought' their success. Manchester United - have invested in their youh academy and infrastructure and have had many players come through their ranks - Beckham, Scholes, Giggs etc. that have contributed to the ongoing success of the club.
Yes United have bought top players to plug holes and fill positions that they have not been able to provide for themselves but by bringing their own players through, they have saved countless amounts of money that they would have had to spend if they were to buy Beckham/Giggs/Scholes from other clubs..
Sorry to use football as an example, but it's the only real sport I can claim to know a bit about!
The sports academy system is indeed flawed and should be a little fairer to compensate those that have invested their money into it. Otherwise what's the point investing if it's totally random? I myself am in the opposite side of the fence. I pulled a lot of good players early on in the game and have ridden those players to some early success. Now the pulls have dried up and I'm now behind again.
I believe this system is being changed soon tho, am I right?

No. This is a game. Buying and selling players is fun. You need a long term strategy to be successful in this game but to only have "long term options" would be boring. The fact that you can make "short term" decision to improve your team immediately is a vital part to make it exciting in the long run.
Man City and Man Utd does not play 7 games a week either, but here it works great...because it's fun.
