If you meant that is possible, indeed, changing from def to off is possible, but I never saw in real handball happening something like this... and I watched pretty much handball.

When you meant possible, then yes, from defense to offense this could be. But that would slow down your game too much. Except for special situations you wouldn't do this. And also, a problem arises when you'd like to change back to Defense... Well, you know.
But you definitely could not properly play Fast Breaks in any case. Which somehow brings me back to my question, if PPM thinks everything works fine here.

Of course in real handball there would be some trouble during the change from offense back to defense. But there it is also possible (and also done) to change 2-3 players when there is no fastbreak.
Imho the difference between real and PPM handball is, that in real handball you have not these kind of specialists. That's the reason why it is not done. Maybe there should be some finetuning in PPM.

And one last point: I'm not pretty sure if it is the best solution to play with 12 field players. You can save energy and it seems to be a stronger team. But when I think about the current market value of my players I could sell 6 of them and earn a lot of money. And with this money I could get much better players than I have right now..

Well, nobody here ever said, there should or could be no subs at all. But all 6? Simply not doable, except for delaying defense-offense changes and stopped time.

devs say if you find a hole in the engine use it as much as you can. this is a comp game not a real life.
Again back to the same ... this is a computer game that simulates. When you play a shooter combat, the way you like it most resembles reality or when you play a car or aircraft simulator... here the same.
And as you say, if the devs think there is a hole, well you use it as you can, it is legal, but once discovered they should cover it.
