It's maybe fun for you when you loose sometimes
but it's often very difficult for clubs who need to keep up in I league and they are so dependent of OTR gain/loss.
We could have 2 situations. First where this kind of system of rewards would be adjusted - best teams shouldn't be rewarded with such lucrative bonuses, contracts, whatever. Or second, where devs would make a GE where a weaker team would knew why the hell he manage to beat stronger team.

well, i don't think they will do anything about the current OTR/financial system, because as we discussed this already, every system has its flaws, and there will always be someone who will find a way to abuse them
the second thing you mentioned is denied by the PPM team because "they want us to find out about it"...eventually we will find out, but tapping in the dark has made a lot of very good managers to quit (even some paying ones), so i really hope they reconsider their choice and give us at least something we can work with...i completely agree with you that the weaker team should know how to set up a tactic to play against a stronger team to have a better chance of winning...right now, all he can do is set up a random tactic and "pray to the gods of random"

And correlation beetwen shooting strength and shot efficiency, or goaltening strength and save percentages is very weak, so it is pretty random. And I'm not talking about individual matches with lousy goalies that can be hot so many times against top class shooters, good golaies that can suck as many times and letting plenty of poor shots in. I'm talking about whole last season stats, or stats after 9 matches in this season, which seem even worse.

And another thing, about this OTR/financial system. Strong teams were also so strong and before, when differences in profit weren't so obvious as they are now. Ask best managers if they feel a bit strange when they receive 400 millions from GS, while most of users get around 100. It's not so pleasant for them, especially for those with 100.
What will happen in the future ? They will build soon every possible thing they can build, and then they will have so much money, for young prospects especially, that we won't be able to cope with their demands on market, and future team strength.
Who will give devs a hard time because of cutting money from the richest ? I won't.

Don't worry about the rich teams. Things will level out.
2 coachhes + 2 physios + 2 directors, all of them with 200 overall skill will cost you appr. 130 mil per season.
training + regeneration + academy at level 15 cost another 100 mil.
add 70 mil to the mix for all other facilities + staff + younger staff (you also need younger coaches, physios and directors who will eventually replace the older guys)
That is 300mil so far and you still didn't pay a single player. Player salaries gonna rise quickly and five seasons down the road an avarage first division team will loose about. 100 mil on player conctracts.
That is 400mil gone with the wind. :p

He has TOP5 teams in PPm, and it is 7th season in progress now -in all 7 seasons he bought only 1 (ONE) player, all other players have been pulled from his youth school (and he currently has 12th level - which is actually low considering what other teams have)! SO he got world TOP 5 team with pulling players.. It is team with 8 NT players and many other brilliant players pulled from school... so question is: How to compete against this? What can I do (or anyone else) to get something like that? Wait for "random" every 14 days? Or is there anything some manager can do to improve his chances for good pull? Cause I do not want to spend another 250 millions (14th+15th level of academy) with absolutely no guarantee that I will get at least something out of there...

If that was a example how big guys will lose money, let me assure you that there are weaker teams who also want to have that kind of coaches, directors... because we want to keep up somehow.
You are right about player salaries, but I've noticed also that my players are having such a boost with theirs salaries, that I'm a bit afraid for my financial situation.

I asked me some seasons ago how random this random is... I guess something is wrong with this random...
And I also guess that influence of pulling good youth players in this game is much to high. take a look at the good teams. almost all of them had luck with pulling youth players. if you don't have luck so you also have no chance to be on top...

I have good team, 4 season in row I won Croatian I.1 league (regular part), and 3 seasons in row I played playoff final (2 wins)... But at achieve all this I had to survive national cup surprises (even loosing to team Overall 30 weaker than me with and 25 shots more...), playoff surprises (lost some playoff matches in season 1 and 3 which were pretty "random"
... I work hard to have good results here - random match now and then - OK, not problem... But to have TOP100 team in season 7 (with 4 lines) in PPM I had to buy players for 230M last season, goalkeeper for 50M 2 season ago (he will probably be 1st goalie from middle of this season)... So I had to invest much money in players - some other teams got 25 great players from youth pull like it is joke... No way I (or someone else) can be so smart, or try so hard on PPM to get over that 20-25 great pulls...
And that is main problem here - no matter how hard you work and achieve good results - there are still some teams that with minimum effort have much better teams because of "academy random".

Academies in this game are quite good example of a bad (biased) random generator and/or bad usage of it. Comparing pulls between teams that are here from the start with similar academy & staff development with 50 or so pulls and around 200 generated players on average should show pretty leveled resullts. But many of such comparisions are simply shocking.
Agreed. I know of people who have pulled multiple superstar players. personally i've had 2 star pulls in my entire time here. As such, my team is 50% foreign players in order to compete.
