How the hell should I know. How many fans are worth the loss of energy in a league match?
That doesn't actually require an answer of course, because fans and energy loss have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
you should know that.

your tradeoff proposal gave me the impression that you did not necessarily find that so obvious ...
It wasn't my tradeoff at all. Eldorado made the assumption that I did not think there should be greater energy loss in tournament matches. he was clearly wrong.
I am of the opinion that if you are paying to join a credit tournament that you should have the benefit of extra fans. If there is greater energy loss, then i have absolutely no problem with that.
I don't know if you've misread the thread or what, but the ONLY reason energy loss was bought up was because Eldorado did so.

yes i do know that and i was not the one to say:
"However, the point is, a tournament should bring in more fans than a friendly game, and the tradeoff should be that the energy loss would be higher than a friendly. "
if fans and energy loss have absolutely nothing to do with each other, how can there be a tradeoff? you have to find a measure for that tradeoff
and if you want to forget that energy loss thing, i can only refer to my first argument: it is a principle of the game that you can ot buy ingame advantages with money and more fans in a paid game is cleary an ingame advantage

We will find that Eldorado dude, and he will regret that he brought that up.
Fact that tornament games are more intetesting to us than friendlies, is not enough. They could make tournament games in range as league games, but that would be somehow unethical. That would mean PPM is really gready for our money, don't you think ?

Principle...
Here are 4 items from the hockey pro pack that have in the past been used to argue that pro users get an advantage:
Team analysis
The option to set specific deadlines for players and staff members on the market
League injuries page
Team statistics
These 4 things DO actually provide an ingame advantage because they allow for better planning and analysis.
Now i put this to you.
Here at PPM we pay 3 times as much for pro pack to similar games (H.A. etc), and we have to do it for both soccer and hockey... so that's now 6 times as much, and for what... asthetics? player faces and extra stats? I've been a pro user since day 1 and will continue to do so, however it needs to be said that there are a large number of people who ask why they should get pro when there really is no benefit to actually doing so?

first of all i am not happy about some pro pack features as well. but there is a little and important difference.
with a certain amout of effort you can collect the same information yourself that a pro pack user gets with team analysis, team statistics etc.
if you are able to be only during the day you can also place players at the market whenever you want.
i understand that this is not easy but the important thing is: it is possible
but no matter how much effort you put into it, you can not raise your spectator count in friendly matches

you hit the nail on the head with this post.
btw, great new feature coming up for PRO pack owners very very soon.
