question what is the highest scouting lvl from you all?

This is the highest possible 'Scouting progress per day' (for lvl 12). Maybe someone with level 13 on human resources and economic department has a highest scouting level !
Is good when:
- you need to buy players
- pulling youths

- must pay at least 200 000 per day for staff

and i am scout all dutch players so i did make myself a list of potential dutch national players. ofcourse i also use it to buy players and i scout all my own players and staff.
... then you will have 141% scouting progress per day with level 13 and scouting efficiency 100%
Why there is no option to remove goalkeepers as it is for lines ?

Do the players on the PP/PK gain more experience than the ones who aren't?
I don´t think so... all players gain same experience...
It's a pity, because they work more in match and lose more energy so train less.
