As I've heard from the devs, calculation should be the same as in competitive game.
I think it has been confirmed before from Vlady that only the 3 attributes contributes to the goalie. so yes most probably its all on the chemistry
I remember in the beta version that it said goaltending skills helped forwards score better.

in beta it was like this, but I think they removed this option ... afterwards
