working on fixing this. its more complicated than that. it doesnt always happen
One of my player was today morning 19year 6/6. Afternoon he was dropped one down 5/6. I thought that it's impossible to have 19y 6/6?
Calc wasn't done right at the usual time. There are some 6/6 19 year olds on the market but that is because they are posted and not affiliated to any team.
if im not wrong, you can fire 15 yo player with or>250 in last season days and he wont get age. great way to keep nt team strong forever

It is not fair because in Guide clearly said 112 days. It will be fair if this works just like You said not only about days but also about hours, but the truth is that is not working like this. If You sold a player on Monday at 18:00, he will count until Tuesday 00:00. Reset is at midnight. (I have a PRO and can see such staff)

Scouting efficiency 14%
Scouting progress per day 87%
My managers have 14 in scouting and 83 in marketing, and I think that Holy Guide says how managers attributes are combined with level of HR. And I'm wondering where is HR for scouting efficiency ? It seems like it's not calculated, at least not visually.

Well, if I'm right scout efficiency serves you too see more accurate players that are on the market. So, if that is the case I have 14% of it and my HR doesn't count ?
Staff increase the effectiveness of facilities. You can see how much easily if you take your managers and make them all unassigned and see how far down your scouting %/day drops.

No way !

HR level counts ! The staff you have just give a bonus to current scout efficiency (HR dep. without employees).
If you go to Staff page and uncheck head and assistant from Manager page, in Scouting page you will see that Scouting progress per day is >0 (more precise 81%).
Your managers, as you said, have 14% efficiency on scouting ! Applying a formula that I have discovered, you can find out staff bonus:
14*81/200=5.67
In total you will have 81% + 5.67%(from staff) = 86.67% (rounded=87) !
