How many stars in difference are we talking about? chemistry does make a rather big difference.

maybe he get injury? if im correct you refering to your gk Mauro and Heinrich?
I think it would be ridiculous if aggression makes goalie stronger. They are already stronger than any other player in PPM having only 3 attys, and having 4th which would raise their strength even more... 
Also I think that reason is in chemistry. While first goalie is on ice his chemistry is used 100%, and while he is on bench his chemistry is involved in much much lesser rate. I think that this makes a difference.
Would make more sense than aggressivity...but that much influence?
To be honest I don't know, I'm just making assumption which is somehow logical to me. And another thing is - I wouldn't like to see aggression as one of things goalies need.
